Would love to essay Virat Kohli’s biopic on screen: Ram Charan

RRR star Ram Charan says he would love to play the role of Virat Kohli in a biopic made on the Indian cricketer one day if given a chance.

Enjoying the success of RRR in the West and Naatu Naatu’s win at the Oscars, Ram Charan made the revelation during India Today conclave on Friday evening.

When asked of his desire to essay the character or share his dream role he would like to play on screen, the Pan-India actor said that he would like to play a sports biopic as ‘its long due.’

“I would like to play another (related to sports). It’s been long due,” Ram said. However, when asked if he could play Virat Kohli in his biopic, Charan replied ‘Fantastic.’

“He is an inspiring soul. Given a chance, it will be fantastic. Good one, good one,” he said. Interestingly, Ram Charan’s admission came at the time when Virat Kohl grooving on Naatu Naatu song at Wankhede stadium went viral on social media.
