WATCH: PM Modi chairs high-level 8th Governing Council meeting of NITI Aayog

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is currently holding high-level 8^th Governing Council meeting of NITI Aayog in New Delhi. Notably, the meeting is being attended by all the Chief Ministers of the state, secretaries of the respective departments and union ministers in Narendra Modi-led cabinet.

Earlier, NITI Aayog from its official Twitter handle confirmed that the 8^th Governing Council meeting will discuss themes like – Vikasit Bharat @ 2047, Thrust on MSMEs, Infrastructure & Investments, Minimising Compliances, Women Empowerment, Health & Nutrition, Skill Development, and Gati Shakti for area development & social infrastructure.”

Meanwhile, eight Chief Ministers of the state have skipped the meeting due to their own various reasons.
