Shubman Gill-Voiced Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Records Highest Opening for Animes

Entertainment: Spider Man: Across The Verse has already broken the ceiling within its first week of release in the country as it has clinched highest opening of Rs. 18.84 Crores in India.

As per reports, the sequel has doubled the box office collection of its prequel, Spider Man: Into the Spider Verse. The film has amassed a box office collection of Rs. 22.87 Crores.

Reports have also confirmed that Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse has become the highest opener with a collection of an estimated $120.5 million over the weekend in the United States.

The film hit the screens on June 1, 2023 and made headlines as star Indian cricketer Shubman Gill has given his voice to the main lead, Miles Morales.

The anime blockbuster is directed by Kemp Power and Justin K Thompson, and produced by Joaquim Dos Santos.
