4, 6, 6, 6, 4, 6: Romario Shepherd Smashes 32-Runs Off Final Over During MI Vs DC Match – WATCH

MUMBAI: In the ongoing MI vs DC match at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium on April 7, 2024, Mumbai Indians’ all-rounder Romario Shepherd showcased his explosive form during the final over.

After Rishabh Pant chose to field first, the Mumbai Indians, led by Hardik Pandya, got off to a strong start. Rohit Sharma (49 off 27) and Ishan Kishan (42 off 23) laid a solid foundation with an impressive 80-run partnership.

Contributions from Hardik Pandya (39 off 33) and Tim David (45 off 21) further bolstered the innings. However, it was Romario Shepherd who stole the show in the final over of the first innings, bowled by South African pacer Anrich Nortje.

Shepherd’s onslaught included four sixes and two boundaries, adding 32 valuable runs to Mumbai Indians’ total.
