Only one to challenge the might: Imran Khan takes on regime and Army amid die-heart support
Islamabad: Imran Khan, 70 is far from backing down, instead he came gun blazing when he addressed Pakistan and challenged Shehbaaz Sharif regime and Pakistan Army.
Two days after abrupt arrest from inside Islamabad High Court, and series of dramatic turn of events in Supreme Court and again Islamabad HC, Khan was back home in the wee hours of Friday, May 12, and in next few hours he was once again in-front of his supporters, inspiring them to remain on street.
“Today our democracy is hanging by thread,” Khan said in his first public address since his release. Meanwhile, his supporters are equally eager to back their ‘masiah.’
As quoted The Guardian, Shaf Ali, 23, IT worker, said;
“Khan is the only leader for Pakistan. We will continue to fight for him as he the only hope for Pakistan.”
18-year-old Aftab Ahmed admitted that he is Khan’s soldiers and he is ready to die for PTI Chief.
Khan, who was once an apple of Amry’s eye, alleged that Pakistan Army conspired against him and brought the most infamous criminal back to power.

As Khan makes some serious allegations against country’s top- military figures, experts told The Guardian that former Pakistan Prime Minister is playing with fire and might face disqualification from politics. Khan is now facing almost 100 cases including corruption, sedition and even blasphemy.
