MrBeast Registers Guinness World Record; First Threads User To Hit 1 Million Followers

Less than a day of Meta-owned Threads caused buzz all over internet and it has already gained over 60 million users. Meanwhile, an individual – popularly known as Jimmy Donaldson aka MrBeast – carved his name in the Guinness world record for crossing 1 million mark.  

Interestingly, MrBeast even beat Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg. The announcement was made public via an official Twitter handle of Guinness World Record (GWR) with a video showing exact moment when MrBeast’s handle touched 1 million followers. Watch the video here.

At the time of submitting this report, MrBeast has 3.4 million followers.

Reportedly, companies like Instagram and National Geographic’s accounts’ reached a million follower before MrBeast, but his individual account was the first one to achieve this feat.
