It’s There Since Forever: Taapsee Pannu speaks about Bollywood Camps

Entertainment: Taapsee Pannu has agreed to Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ statement on Bollywood camps but added that it exists in the industry since forever.

Priyanka made headlines earlier this year for revealing how she was cornered and faced politics in Bollywood before she decided to move Hollywood.

The actress spoke about the conflicts with prominent names in the industry, and felt politics was being done on her. In a fresh development, Taapsee Pannu reacted to Priyanka’s statement by saying that ‘Bollywood camps have always been there.’

“It’s been there since forever. It can be bassi’s of actor’s friend circle, a certain agency or group that they are part of and people’s loyalties differ based on that. Everyone should have the right to choose whosoever they want to work with or have in their films. I can’t blame them for thinking about their own career,” she told Hindustan Times.

Speaking of unfair practices, Taapse said;

“I always knew it’s going to be biased. So why crib about it now? For me, rules of the game is that it’s going to be unfair. The tide is going to be against you most old the time. And if after all that, you still decide to be part for his industry, then it’s your choice and you can complaint about it later,” she added.

On Work Front:

Taapse is gearing up for her highly-anticipated Dunki opposite Shah Rukh Khan and also working in the sequel of Hassen Dilruba titled Phir Ayu Haseen Dilruba and Woh Lakdi Hai Kahan.
