Imran Khan granted two-weeks bail by Islamabad HC, but fears re-arrest

Islamabad: In a significant development, former Pakistan Prime Minister and PTI Chief Imran Khan was granted bail for two weeks in Al-Qadir Trust case on Friday.

Khan was arrested from the premises of the Islamabad High Court few days agio in the land grab case in a dramatic manner, triggering nation-wide protests by his supporters.

However, Khan and his lawyer reiterated that the fear re-arrest by the Pakistan army. “I am 100 percent concerned that I will arrested again,” Khan told local media.
