Dinesh Karthik’s bat echoed through the M Chinnaswamy Stadium as he unleashed a towering six that soared an impressive 108 meters against the Sunrisers Hyderabad, solidifying his position as the record holder for the longest six in the current Indian Premier League season.

Joining the elite club of colossal hitters, Heinrich Klaasen matched Karthik’s feat with a mammoth six spanning 106 meters in the same match.

This achievement places him shoulder to shoulder with Venkatesh Iyer of the Kolkata Knight Riders and Nicholas Pooran of the Lucknow Super Giants, who have also etched their names in the annals of IPL 2024 for their tremendous hits.

Of particular note is Venkatesh Iyer’s monumental strike of 106 meters, accomplished during a match against the Royal Challengers Bangalore on March 29, further highlighting the prowess of these power hitters on Bengaluru’s turf.

In a display of sheer dominance, Nicholas Pooran left spectators awestruck during the 19th over of the RCB vs LSG encounter. Punishing Reece Topley’s bowling, Pooran hammered three consecutive sixes, with the third one defying all odds as it sailed over deep midwicket, ultimately landing on the stadium roof.
