New Delhi: In a significant development, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is unlikely to speak today in the Lok Sabha as the debate on No-Confidence Motion started with Congress leader Gaurav Gogoi opening the discussion for opposition.

Earlier, reports claimed that Rahul will opening the debate for I.N.D.I.A-bloc of opposition in the Lok Sabha, but fresh reports have confirmed that Congress leader will speak when Prime Minister Narendra Modi will present in the lower house.
