Bank Of Baroda To Auction Sunny Deol’s Juhu Property To Recover Rs 56 Crore

Mumbai: The Bank of Baroda has served a notice to Bollywood actor Sunny Deol to auction his Juhu studio in order to recover Rs. 56 crore.

As per reports, the notice was issued on August 19, 2023 and said that the property will be auctioned on September 25 because of non-payment.

The notice said that Ajay Singh Deol (original name of Sunny Deol) has failed to pay back the loan amount on time.

Moneycontrol reported that Sunny Deol took the loan in 2016 to finance a film but it has been a Non-Profit Asset (NPA) since December 2022.

Reportedly, Sunny Deol’s team is working to resolve the issue earliest.
