Alia Bhatt To Be First Female Lead in Yash Raj Films’ Spy Universe: Report

Entertainment: Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has clinched one of the most crucial and competitive project, helmed by Yash Raj Films, of her career.

As per fresh reports, Alia will become the first woman to essay a lead in the YRF’s spy universe.

Variety has suggested that Alia will play a super-agent’ and the production will commence in 2024.

“Alia is one of the biggest superstars of our country and she will play a super agent in the YRF spy universe. This will be another epic action spectacle that will leave people at the edge of their seats. She will take on a mission that will push her to the edge and this gritty action film will expan the YRF spi universe further,” source told Vareity.

Brahmastra-actress is currently gearing up for Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and her Hollywood debut ‘Heart of Stone.’
