Akshay Kumar’s The Great Indian Rescue to hit theaters in October

Entertainment: National Award winning actor Akshay Kumar is all set to essay yet another real-life hero, who rescued the life of 64 miners from a flooded quarry in West Bengal in 1989.

The Great India Rescue – also starring Parineeti Chopra makes a reunion of Akshay Kumar with Tinu Suresh Desai, who has earlier directed Akshay’s 2016 movie Ruston.

The film is being produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshika Deshmukh, Jackky Bhagnani and Ajay Kapoor.
