Air India Official Slapped And Abused by Co-Passenger on Sydney-New Delhi

A senior Air India official was slapped and abused by co-passenger onboard Sydney to New Delhi flight on July 9.

As per reports the shocking incident took place when official was downgraded from business class to economy class due to seat manufacturing.

Meanwhile, Air India official asked co-passenger to lower his voice when latter abused him and slapped him.

As reported by PTI, Air India spokesperson confirmed that incident and stated that DGCA was conveyed about the matter.

The airline also confirmed that the passenger, in question, submitted written apology but it will pursue the case to the full extent of the law.
