Deeply Saddened: Twitter pays tribute to passengers lost their lives in Nepal aircrash

Nepal was rocked early on Sunday morning when a passenger aircraft, carrying 70 passengers crashed while landing at Pokhara International Airport in Nepal’s Kaski district. Reports have confirmed that more than 40 people lost their lives while many suffered grave injuries.

Yeti Airlines confirmed that the plane was carrying 72 people – 68 passengers and 4 crew members – were on board.

Meanwhile, Nepalese Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal had held an emergency cabinet meeting following the crash and directed the officials to conduct immediate rescue operations.
