Rahul Gandhi, Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha, has been appointed to the Defence Affairs Committee, chaired by BJP’s Radha Mohan Singh.
Notably, Kangana Ranaut, the actress-turned-politician, has been named a member of the Communications and IT Committee, marking her first official parliamentary role.
Congress MP Shashi Tharoor will lead the Foreign Affairs Committee, while Digvijaya Singh is set to chair the Women, Education, Youth, and Sports Affairs panel.
