11:18 PM: The Delhi High Court announced on Friday that it would stay a recent trial court order until a hearing could be held. This decision follows an appeal by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) challenging the bail granted to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in connection with a money laundering case linked to an excise scam.

10:45 AM: The Enforcement Directorate approached the Delhi High Court on Friday to challenge the bail granted to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the money laundering case related to the alleged excise scam.
Background on the Case Against Kejriwal:
The ED has accused Kejriwal of being directly involved in the creation of the now-scrapped Delhi excise policy. The agency claims the policy was designed to favor the ‘South Group,’ which allegedly received undue benefits, stakes in wholesale businesses, multiple retail zones, and paid Rs 100 crore to AAP leaders in return.
