Goverment Cuts Rs. 100 On Cooking Gas Cylinder On Women’s Day
NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a welcome reduction of Rs 100 in domestic LPG cylinder prices on International Women’s Day. This move, effective midnight onwards, aims to ease the financial burden on millions of Indian households.
Empowering Women and Families:

This aligns with the government’s commitment to women’s well-being and improving the overall “Ease of Living.”
Contrast with Commercial LPG Price Hike:
This announcement comes in contrast to the recent price hike for 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders implemented by Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) on March 1st.

Delhi: Rs 1,795.00
