Break Up In INDIA Alliance? Arvind Kejriwal Hints Ahead Of Lok Sabha Elections – WATCH
PUNJAB: In a recent rally held in Punjab, Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, urged the public to support the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) across all 13 seats in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
Notably, Kejriwal hinted at a lack of willingness for seat sharing with the Congress, the ally in the INDIA alliance.
This statement preceded the INDIA Opposition bloc meeting scheduled for December 19 in Delhi, where the AAP and Congress have been in contention, particularly in Punjab.
Kejriwal didn’t limit his address to the electoral appeal but also launched a scathing attack on the Congress, focusing on the issue of corruption.
During a public address in Bhatinda, Punjab, he pointedly remarked on the alleged corruption during the tenures of Amarinder Singh (formerly associated with the Congress) and Parkash Singh Badal (of Shiromani Akali Dal).
Speaking alongside Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Kejriwal highlighted the Punjab government’s dedication to Bhatinda, emphasizing the allocation of a substantial Rs 1,125 crore package for the region.
