Chandrayaan-3 Shares First Images Of Moon Ahead Of Historic Landing


Bengaluru: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Monday, shared some stunning images of the Moon captured by Lander Hazard Detection and Avoidance Camera (LPDC) ahead of its first historic landing.

Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), ISRO shared pictures and wrote;

Chandrayaan-3 Mission: Here are the images of Lunar far side area captured by the Lander Hazard Detection and Avoidance Camera (LHDAC).

Launched on July 14 from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, India’s Chandrayaan-3 entered the Moon’s orbit on August 5.
