It Backfired On My Career: Zareen Khan Calls Working With Salman Khan ‘Intimidating’

Bollywood actress Zareen Khan made her debut alongside Salman Khan in 2010 film Veer. Despite making debut alongside Salman Khan, Zareen could not make big in the industry and could only feature in few movies.

In a fresh development, Zareen Khan called working with Salman Khan as ‘intimidating’ and also opened up on comparison with Katrina Kaif. While the actress held Q&A session on reddit, when one of the users asked her about an experience of working with Salman Khan.

She dropped one word response as she termed it ‘intimidating.’ When asked about her constant comparison with Katrina Kaif, Zareen Khan said;

“So, when I entered this industry, I was literally like a lost child since I don’t come from a filmy background so it made me feel really happy being compared to Katrina as I was her fan too and found her really pretty. But it backfired on my career as the people of this industry didn’t give me a chance to prove my individuality.”

Frienship matters in Bollywood: Zareen Khan

Zareen also revealed how people in the Bollywood industry work on the basis of friendship rather than talent.

“I don’t really have a lot of connections in the industry and I also don’t really know how to do small talks,” she added.
