Chasing 280 on Day 5 of the World Test Championship Final at The Oval, the whole of India was looking towards its chase master i.e. Virat Kohli.

While the batter started well on Day 4 and was played a steady innings, Day 5 turned the game on its head as the Indian batter soon returned to the pavilion, courtesy Steve Smith’s brilliance at slip. India got the perfect start on the decisive day as Virat and Ajinkya were gradually adding crucial runs with singles and occasional boundary, but Boland proved to be lethal for Virat.

It was 47^th over of the match when Boland bowled an away swinger that went straight to the slip, kissing Kohli’s bat. Attentive Smith made a stunning dive to his right to complete a spectacular catch with both hands and pouched a beauty. Watch the video here.
